And She'll Have Fun Fun Fun

Here is some snow. I think it's sideways, but there's so much of it, it doesn't really matter. Tilt your head any way and it will all look the same.

So, it's time to play, where the hell is Churlita San Diego this weekend? This Saturday I'll be meeting Erik in the exotic locale of Quad Cities USA. There will be rivers and there will be beer. There may even be rivers of beer. But mostly, there will be Erik and that just means fun. This will be a short meeting, but next weekend we're going to a lodge in Missouri to celebrate the day of hearts of flowers with our friend who owns the Dublin Underground and his fiance and my friend T. and her man, M. I might even get to shoot a gun or two. But I'm getting too far ahead of myself.

This weekend? This weekend I'm planning to go to The Dublin for a bit on Friday night. Then on Saturday night, I'll be meeting Erik in the QCA for his friend's birthday party. I've been kind of fantasizing about BBQ from Jim's Rib Haven, but if it doesn't happen, I'm okay too.

In between all of this will be taking girls from their duties as wrestling managers to basketball games and maybe a sleep over too. Coadster will be gone all Saturday for Show choir. On Sunday evening, Coadster and I will go on a date for a late dinner as she has requested some special alone time with me. I'm always happy to oblige the girls that.

Once again, I'd love to hear your plans. I'm assuming you'll be in more exciting areas than the Quad Cities, but you won't be with Erik, so you might not be having as much fun.

I'm going to the Bahamas...In my mind. No big plans, at least so far. I like your snow photo. At first I thought it was a photo of storm clouds or something. I like that it's sideways, too.

Jealous again! You're all over my turf lately! Remember where you head this time. C is in the QC today for work and gets the honor of picking up my Bmaids dress for the June wedding.
I was supposed to go to Milwaukee this weekend, no can do. And no can do STL for St. Pat's. I'm slowly getting over my intial disappointment.

I'll be at the Grammys, which I suppose couldn't be a more obnoxious, show-offy thing to say in this context. I actually won't be at the show itself but I'm going to the after-party. My brother-in-law is nominated for Best Rock Album and I don't think he has a chance in hell of winning (Springsteen will win) but it's still very exciting. My sister was even lent a shitload of jewelry by Tiffany's for the event which she is positively terrified she'll lose.

I think I've been to the Quad Cities--it includes Moline, IL, right? I remember that was the first place I ever had candy bars mixed in with ice cream, didn't they invent that there? Mmmm, Butterfingers Shake!

I forget. I'll probably remember when it gets here. That's the damned thing with freelancing. One day is nearly the same as any other day and you just aim for good and fun. And sunshine. And we all love Erik, but I have a hard time believing he can haul that stuff out. (Or maybe he can, in which case he's better than golden.)

Danny's wkend sounds okay, too. hahahaha.

I'll be spending the weekend making sure all my panties are clean and folded neatly - getting ready for my first day of work next week.

Quad City sounds like a place for body builders.
Have Fun!

I will be decompressing this weekend. All of the craziness of the past week and the anticipated week off between jobs has got me all tuckered out. Me and Renee will probably hit our favorite restaurant on Saturday and just chill like villains the rest of the time.

I'm going to relax from this past week's trip to Montreal and get ready for next week's trip to St. Paul.

That all sounds like a wonderful weekend.

Have a good one.

The Quad Cities are exotic enough to me: I've not been close to them. But I love upper Mississippi cities.

Gyuss,

Thanks.

MArgaret,

Exactly, I was just thinking the same thing.

Tara,

How was your imaginary trip?

No Regrets,

REally? I'm so jealous.

DJ,

Next weekend we're off to Bourbon, Mo. You got any special ties there?

Danny,

Sorry Jeff and Wilco didn't get it. They totally deserved it.

Booda Baby,

Oh, Erik can haul out the fun. You would be really impressed.

Emma,

As long as you're in Spain, you're going to show me up every weeekend.

Bro,

I'm not having anonymous sex in bathrooms, so I think that keeps me this far to the left still.

Lady,

Good luck with the panty folding.

Evil-E,

It sounds perfect.

Alien CG,

At least you're going cool places.

Mt Atrocity,

You too.

DMarks,

I'm with you. I love those dirty river towns.

LauraB.,

I bet babysitting your grandkids is pretty cool.
