This photo has nothing to do with my post. It is me running up a flyover at Cyclocross Worlds in Louisville, KY at the beginning of this month.

So, work has been hell and our boss tried to make things better by bringing us all milkshakes after lunch. Nice, right? He offered one to my co-worker.

Co-worker: I'd love a chocolate milkshake, but then you'd have to call the ambulance to take me away, since it would put me into a diabetic coma...

Boss: So, vanilla then?
